<a href="http://kansieo.com">Create a video blog...instantly.</a>

Yes they should.....I buy forclosures at auction and some of the homes I see, are already sold, many people list them with agents before going to auction, and sell this way.....Make sure your cousin calls the bank and explain to them she is going to sell and if that is possible.....If she and you have trouble with the bank, hire an attorney to represent you and negotiate with the bank to close the deal....Best of luck

Yes, It probably won't help your cousin's credit though... and they won't talk to you if they know you are related... Some may even ask you to sing something saying that you are not related. If this is your first time doing something like this, talk to a Realtor... If you are not going to buy it yourself, there are plenty of companies out there that deal with this. If you are in the NC area, drop me an email and I can help, if not, check out the classifieds in your local paper.

You can deduct travel costs for properties that you already own, not for properties you do not yet own. The costs must be related to the generation of rental income such as maintenance and inspection, meeting prospective tenants, handling leases, evictions, etc.

<a href="http://kansieo.com/members">Caffeinated Content for WordPress</a>

Opportunity is waiting for you, in addition to an experience of a lifetime. The are many opportunities in the major cities of China, Beijing/Shanghai, for foreigners.

Many real estate companies here are hiring foreigners to serve their expatriate clients. Agency commission on a rental is 8.3% (approx equal to one month's rental) of the face value of the contract, usually 12 months, and for the sale of a property commission is 3% of the selling price. Then the agent is paid anywhere from 30 to 50% of that commission.

You do not need a license because you are considered a consultant. The downside to this is to build up a network of contacts, then convert them to leads, then clients. Building your network will take time. In addition your housing can be expensive. All in all there is a lot to experience in China, and you are young enough to take advantage of it.

You will need to get a real estate license. Check out your local Realtor's association for classes.

Start making as many professional contacts as you can, and save your money. The licensing fees etc are high!!!

Most real estate companies will probably take you on, because you are an independent contractor and you only get paid when a sale is made. It's all commission. Ask around and find the best company for you. In the mean time get some sort of sales job, just so you have some sales experience.

You can deduct ordinary and necessary travel expenses to manage or maintain investment property that you already own. I don't know just where you'd deduct the type of trip you are describing on a personal return, unless you were in the business of investing in property.

You would want to have a very good explanation ready for an IRS auditor as to why you wanted to buy investment property somewhere far from where you live - that it was truly for investment reasons, not personal.

Of course you you may do it. You should do it. Your agent works for YOU. I'm sure your agent will be happy to do it.
If you really like these properties and afraid they'll be sold before you have a chance to make your offer, tell your agent to go right away. A good agent will do it on a week day, weekend, any time you want him or her to do it.

<a href="http://mycaffeinatedcontent.com">Create a video blog</a>

i am an agent, and trust me the first thing you want to do is tell them you found a place and you would like them to see it. we are trained for this, and they will be able to tell you right away if it is a good deal, or whether there should be some negotiating. on top of that, if you write an offer without them, and you do have an exclusive buyers agency agreement, you still owe them a commission.

if they are doing their job right, they will be more than willing to go to the house, get the inspections done, put your offer in and fight for your rights and interests! if they don't, then you need to get out of that contract and find a new agent.....

There has to be more to the story than you are stating! Tell us more or you will not get good enough answers to help you. SHE had to sign legal documents and have them explained to her and in most states after a refinance you have 3 days to rescind!

Contact a lawyer. Many will give free 15 minutes over the web. Try it. Nothing to lose, everything to gain.

Unless you have the money, the resources, and a team of attornies, your screwwed man! My mom and dad were scammed out of their house in kinda the same manner. The truth is, they dont care about the house, they are only looking at the bottom line. How much do they owe, what the house is appraised at, and how much they can get out of it.
You might be able to get legal representation to help you, but remember, he with the most money, WINS!!!

Usually you just search for property with 2 residences, one is almost always a cottage.

Try it lists auction houses and what they are auctioning off that month, some auction houses list estate sales and home auctions. There is a tab for home auctions all around the US.

call your local banker. Small home town banker can tell you this and also clerk of court may be able to help on the tax sales.

realtytrac is not that bad I think it's 39.00 per month? Have not checked it lately but i know a lot of people who do use it. I've used it too but it's been 2 years or so.
