    You don’t go to a University for real estate. Go to a realtors office, they usually know where they are giving classes at. After you finish the classes which probably takes about 6 weeks you take the state exam. When you pass it you become a licensed real estate agent. Realtors only make commission, not salary so you have to hussle to sell. If you don’t sell you don’t get paid.

    Real Estate sales is no difference than car sales or any other sales. You are paid 3-4% commission on successful sales of homes. If you don’t sell anything you earn zero.

    you can go to tafe and it’s a short course
    there’s advantages and disadvantages
    it’s really good when u sell cos u earn a normal income( a little inome ) and get commision according to how much u have sold!
