Go to your local title company (look in the yellow pages under “Abstractors” or “Title Companies”) and they will be able to supply you with a contract. Both you and the buyer need to sit down and complete all the blanks on the contract, agreeing on who is to pay what fees and what is to be included in the sale of the home (acreage, mineral rights, appliances, etc.). Once you have completed the contract, initialed at the bottom of each page, and each party has signed the contract, you should deliver the completed contract back to the title company. If you are using a decent title company, they will hold your hand and walk you through the entire process.
