im not quick sure on this one, i would contact a lawyer, and ask him. but make sure they understand compeltely. i guess it all depends on what’s in the will and such. other than that if there is no will i would assume its to his kids. meaning you and not your mother. do to the blood relation and not just marrage. but dont hold me to my word, it was only IMO.
