Are the number of days in a Home Sale Contract working days (Monday – Friday) or calendar days (weekdays, Sat, and Sunday)?
For example, seller grants buyer the unstricted right to terminate this contract by giving notice of termination to seller within 15 days after the effective date of this contract.

It calendar days it was written on the 1st then the 15 days would be up on the 16th.

Calendar days, unless it specifically states in a contract or in an addendum to the contract, that the “non-working” days do not count (anything can be added to a contract, if both parties agree.) BUT this would be very unusual, almost 100% of the time it’s calendar days.

it would be calendar days unless stated otherwise in contract.. found a site with a bunch of buyer and sell tips i think you will find it very helpful
