Unless you have the money, the resources, and a team of attornies, your screwwed man! My mom and dad were scammed out of their house in kinda the same manner. The truth is, they dont care about the house, they are only looking at the bottom line. How much do they owe, what the house is appraised at, and how much they can get out of it.
You might be able to get legal representation to help you, but remember, he with the most money, WINS!!!

There has to be more to the story than you are stating! Tell us more or you will not get good enough answers to help you. SHE had to sign legal documents and have them explained to her and in most states after a refinance you have 3 days to rescind!
