		<description>Though the things you mentioned may not add to the attractiveness of your house, the inspectors are only to look for those things that are not functioning as they should or are malfunctioning.  They will check all your water and pipes, everything electrical including your outlets, appliances (if they are staying with the new buyers), heating and air conditioning units, roof and eaves, siding, fireplaces, etc.  They check every window to make sure they function.  The inspection for the sale of our home took 4 hours.  The guy looked at everything.</description>

The bank doesn&#039;t get to see the inspection report, just the buyers. If there&#039;s anything they don&#039;t like they can walk away from the deal or ask you to repair it. Mold would be a walk away item. uneven tile would not be.</description>

		<description>Try and fix anything you can.  It really depends on the buyer and the type of loan they are getting.  Government backed loans for first time home buyers are very strict! BUT if the buyer has 20% down and wants your home the bank could care less if there is a crooked tile or counter or step!</description>
