Where can I find the sales history of a particular home?

Some time ago I found a website that gave the previous owners of my home and the price they paid for it. I can’t find that website anymore. In Google I found several websites that claimed such information, but when checking, they just gave homes for sale. Does anyone know it? Thanks!!

Go to your county clerk’s office. They have a record of the property transfers. They are in large books and are open to the public.
